Diana has a reputation for deployment, leveraging investments, and being able to quickly assess and act on even the most complex and difficult situations.

 Over the course of her career she has been —

  • Promoted from news reporter/producer to the youngest TV news director in the nation,

  • Recruited to be the director of public relations and marketing for Wellmark/Blue Cross Blue Shield,

  • Tapped to run the sales and marketing division for one of the fastest growing independent insurance brokerage firms in the nation, Holmes Murphy & Associates, and

  • Committed to applying sales, marketing, and media relations expertise on behalf of Deibler & Company clients.

Diana is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and serves on the Marketing Committee for the Community Foundation of Greater Des Moines and Chairs the Marketing Committee for the Polk County Housing Trust Fund. She is also a past board member and board chair of Mercy College of Health Sciences and continues to serve on the Enrollment and Marketing Committee. In 2018 Diana was honored with conferred status of Board Emerita for her service to Mercy College. Diana also served on the Mercy Medical Center board and Strategic Planning Committee, as well as the Metro YMCA of Greater Des Moines, and Smart Talk: Connected Conversations boards.
